The Train Park

We all got together again to go to the train park. It was a hot day, but we all survived...barely! We lucked out because this was the last day the train park would be open till September. I know, I know...that sounds very weird to most of you. But, outdoor things here in Phoenix often close for the summer. Just think of our summer as your typical winter....it looks pretty, but you really don't want to spend too much time outside!

We all decided to hit the zoo before it gets too hot. We hope to make many more trips to the zoo, after the weather cools back down in the fall.

First Swim

We finally got Cooper into the pool for the first time. We decided to try it first at Mac's mom's place since her pool is heated.  Needless to say....he loved it!

First Haircut

Getting ready to go get my hair cut.

I need a haircut!

We finally decided that it was time for an official haircut!

Mommy and Daddy try to style my hair. Even though I look pretty cute, it's still too long.

10 months old

Cooper is now 10 months old! We think he is probably over 25 lbs, but haven't officially weighed him. He loves to babble and talk. His favorite things to say are, "dada", "nana", "dee", "mama", and lots of other "words". Cooper loves to laugh, smile, clap, throw balls, play with the kitties (mostly Nala), and make "raspberries", or as I like to call it, "spit"! He has been working on his "cheesy" grin when he hears the camera turn on. He is not yet crawling, but is working on it. I think his chubby little legs make it hard for him to move. :) He loves to roll all around and scoot backwards. He is also starting to work on pulling himself up on the side of the couch. He is a very happy boy and a an absolute joy!
