Cooper's Baptism

Cooper was baptized today at our church. We were so happy that a lot of our family and friends could be there to help celebrate this special day for Cooper.

Flat Stanley comes to visit

Cousin Nick sent us Flat Stanley so he could meet Cooper and check out Arizona. For those of you who aren't familiar with Flat Stanley, it is a project that a lot of 2nd graders across the nation participate in each year. They send Flat Stanley off to visit family and friends around the country. Family and friends then take pictures and write about what they did with Flat Stanley in his journal. The children then get to plot on a map in their classroom all the places that he has been. We had fun with him. He got to hang out with Cooper, Papa and the cats; lay by the pool; enjoy the sunshine and warm temps; pick grapefruit; see lots of cactus and even go to San Diego with Papa!

Cooper 7 months

Cooper is now 7 months old! Where has the time gone?

He is now 21lbs, 4oz.

He has such a fun personality.

Taking walks

Cooper is now sitting in his stroller facing front like a big boy. He could have been sitting this way much sooner, but Mac and I just loved having him face us in his car seat so we could look at him when we walked. He loves taking walks and looking at everything.

Cooper & Shamoo

Cooper has really started to pay more attention to our cats, Nala & Shamoo. They are very patient with him "trying to pet" them. This video is of our cat, Shamoo. Cooper just loves the kitties. :)
